We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and Processing of answer sheets. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
Scope:
1. Collection of answer sheets
2. Proper listing, preparation of various reports, packing and proper delivery of the sheets after entire processing
3. Scanning and Processing of Answer sheets and Answer Scripts with Bar-Codes
4. It must be done using Image Scanner and preparation of result or data sheets and data analysis sheets for eligibility
5. Preparation of error free & appropriate data sheets from scanned forms or documents
6. Printing of Interview Call Letters or other related reports on Laser or dot-matrix printer as per the requirement
7. Interview Mark-statements, Printing of Muster, Mark-sheets, Display sheets, Recommendation letters or other related reports on Laser Printer as per the requirement
8. The approximate number of sheets will be 500,000 during the contract period.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is Rs.1,00,000. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 17, 2009, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
