We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for relationship management software.
Scope:
1. Manage and track all contacts and processes related to undergraduate, graduate, and international recruitment, retention, and alumni relations
2. Web-based functionality and specific tools related to prospect tracking, communications flow management, recruitment management, application processing, tele-counseling, reporting, and analysis
3. Develop and maintain their own communication plans, and handle their own data entry and reports
4. Software licensing model
5. Implementation planning and project management
6. Functional training.
