We are India (AP) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for digitalization of data and records.
Scope:
1. Digitalization/ scanning of records, tax registration etc
2. Digitization of health data and records
3. All the data pertaining to every round of Medical Examination of every employee
4. All the pages in each Health Record Book are to be scanned and stored employee number wise and Date wise
5. All the X-ray films to be scanned and stored employee number-wise, Date wise
6. Documents scanned & X-ray films scanned are to be stored in a designated server provided
7. Scanned copy of each Record Book for each employee should be recorded against employee number, examination date and page number
8. The data entered should be error free and accurate.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is Rs.5000. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 8, 2010, 2:30 PM by courier, post. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
