Description: |
We are Ireland based organization looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for centralized contact Centre to handle inbound calls and email handling service related to tourism information. The duration of the contract is 3 years with option to renew for two additional 12 month periods.
Scope:
1. All calls and email enquiries will be serviced in English
2. Managing a wide variety of calls, emails, etc (including general calls, calls directly in response to advertising)
3. Provision and management of an email and call flow management system
4. Provision and management of IVR services (to include in-house recording)
5. Full reporting, hosting trade visits to the contact centre, hosting regular meetings at the contact centre and ad hoc data collection and reporting, forecasting assistance
6. a call and email handling service, operating year round Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm April – October and 9am – 6 pm for all other months and for all Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year
7. Please quote for 20000, 15000 and 10000 calls and 4000, 3500 and 3000 emails per annum Average call duration of 3 minutes
8. Approximately 20000 information calls and 3500 email requests are serviced per annum.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 16, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
