We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center and Software Development Service. We are looking for customer care and software development Service.
Scope: 1. System will be Web-based 2. System will be compatible with IE 7.0, Office 2007 3. Allow the use of Interactive Voice Response 4. Support multiple methods of call initiation like chat, direct calls, callback, text interactions, email 5. System will automatically call back user when their service wait is over 6. Capacity to record both inbound and outbound voice calls 7. Create multiple types of reports including canned, customizable and allow for adhoc reporting 8. Support and record Voicemails 9. Allow for both domestic and international analysts to answer calls without issue 10. Ability to support languages other than English 11. Queue callers when an agent is unavailable 12. Able to accept calls from international toll free numbers 13. Able to route calls to any valid phone number 14. Allow multiple agents to conference in on a call 15. Additional support incidents via payment method over the phone 16. Report at the group level on total number of calls answered.
